  Came here for a quick bite with wife and order 2 dishes and had to return both of them because they were cold looked like it was sitting for long time before we got it then we told Waiter she said you want me to heat it up my wife said no we want it made it fresh again won't be coming back to this place anytime soon and top it all off 1 of there worker is laying down in the dining area we had to tilt to walk by as for his feet were at the end of the bench which I thought was quite rude.

  Very bad experience, ordered the butter chicken and chicken 999, in both chicken meat was having dark grey in middle of 80% of pieces. When complaint to server/Manager they simply denied saying because it’s Thigh piece. I understand in 2 dishes can be few pieces thigh piece but not almost all. I highly doubt the quality of chicken meat and taste was not as good as expected. Manager was really bad to accept the reality and replied very rudely. Left all the food in table , not going in future. Edit **** Not sure about 300 item but my feedback what I bought, I shown you the few pieces in napkin that was geniunty. Nobody shown the courtesy to replace the food. Your reply nicely decorated but does not make any sense to me.

  Goat keema biryani is my favorite. Gongura chicken is good. Curries are also good in general. Pomfret tava fry was my favorite till mid-2018 but something changed: either cook or the preparation or the quality of fish. I don’t like it anymore. Overall I recommend Bawarchi @Irving.

  Kind request to the owner. If you do not have interests/passion towards restaurant and hospitality business, then please shut down your restaurant. Such a pathetic service filled with rudeness and don't care attitude. I ordered certain menu items, and end up getting too late, because they did a different menu item! Also after requesting several times to place water cups, no one bothered. Overall such a bad experience, mediocre food. Again, if you are looking to make money and provide no proper customer service, your restaurant will not sustain on long run. There are plenty of Indian restaurant options now for the customers to go to, so remember that in mind. I hope management looks into my review and tries to improve. Edit: Dear Owner, thanks for the response. I do not remember the exact date when it happened, thanks for taking corrective actions. When I visit sometime in the future, I will make edits to my review
